Kratom Paradise reviews return and refund requests based on the product, order status, timing, and condition of the item.
Start with support
If you need help with a return, refund, damaged item, missing item, or incorrect product, email support@kratomparadise.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, photos if relevant, and a clear explanation of the issue. Unapproved returns may not be accepted because product type, condition, and shipping details need to be reviewed first.
Support may ask for photos of the package, packing slip, product label, shipping label, or damaged item. Keep all packaging until the case is resolved. Photos help confirm what happened and make it easier to review the order accurately. The more complete the first message is, the faster support can understand the request.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. If a label has been created but the package has not moved, support will review what options remain. Timing matters, so quick communication is important.
Variant mistakes can happen when products have multiple sizes, counts, strengths, or flavors. Review your cart before checkout, especially for MIT products where strength and flavor are separate choices. If you selected the wrong variant, contact support immediately with the exact correction you want. We will try to help if the order has not moved too far into processing.
Refund review
Refunds may be issued to the original payment method when approved. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider and bank. Kratom Paradise may approve a refund, partial refund, replacement, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation. The outcome depends on order details, product condition, shipping status, and available documentation.
Shipping charges may not always be refundable once an order has shipped. If a package is returned by the carrier, refused, undeliverable, or sent to an incorrect address, support will review the tracking record and order details before deciding the next step. Address accuracy at checkout is important because carrier issues can be difficult to reverse after shipping.
Product condition
Because kratom is an adult-use botanical product category, product condition matters. Opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products may not qualify for return. If an item arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging until support reviews the case. If the wrong item arrives, keep the product unused and contact support promptly.

Kratom Paradise wants customers to receive the correct products in good condition, and we also need enough order information to review issues properly.
